We can ensure you have access to the most complete range of residential architectural, planning, surveying and other support services that you may need to ensure your project proceeds with the minimum of delay and upset.
This can include the initial feasibility studies, key design concepts, securing of planning permissions and all detailed liaison with relevant local authorities. Over the years, we have established a close working relationship with local authority planning departments and we can ensure a well-managed and successful project for you - no problem.
We will also organize and provide all the key paperwork you need - engineering drawings, party wall agreements and your project's essential detailed design. Before starting the building works, we will ensure that all of these documents are arranged and available when they are needed.

Here are the 5 master steps along the path to the successful completion of your project.
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
We will arrange a free initial consultation to discuss ideas and the feasibility of your project. Our Project Manager will visit you in the comfort of your own home. In case the planning permission is required, we will arrange all necessary documents for you.
Once we have all the relevant information, a quotation will be sent to you.
Step 2 - Survey
If you decide to proceed, our surveyor will conduct a measured survey of the property and produce a proposed design scheme, usually within 7 - 10 working days.
Step 3 - Drawings
Once the design is approved, detailed plans are drawn up for you to approve, usually within 7 - 10 working days.
Step 4 - Submitting plans to the local planning authority
We will submit your approved plans to your local planning department. Planning approval can take up to 8 weeks.
Step 5 - Building Control Department
Once the planning has been approved, the building regulations, drawings with all the specifications will be submitted to your Building Control department.
When those 5 steps are completed, we can proceed to create your dream house. With us, you can improve a certain area of your home or you can decide on a complete home-makeover.
